A warm welcome to the Wurzbergalm in Längenfeld in Tyrol!
Our wonderful Wurzbergalm has been family-owned since it was built in 1959 - and our guests feel this friendly, familiar flair immediately when they stop by. For over twenty years now, the current host family has been taking care of the well-being of their numerous guests, and since the renovation in 2005, we can offer you even more comfort in addition to the unique ambience in the midst of the magnificent Ötztal mountains.

The Wurzbergalm is beautifully situated. You can enjoy breathtaking views of our landscape at any time of the year. In Längenfeld in Tyrol we offer you traditional hospitality. From our own production we offer bacon, sausage, eggs and milk. At any time of the year we pick you up with the hut cab, which you can reach by calling +43 664 98 58 307.
Whether you are a hiker, mushroom seeker or snowshoe enthusiast, want to go on ski tours or mountain biking - the Wurzbergalm is the starting point for many activities. The TVB Ötztal has collected many, many routes, get ideas!
Celebrate as they fall
40 people indoors and 40 to 50 people outdoors - that's how much space we have at the Wurzbergalm. For your celebration we offer a menu and drinks by advance booking. We are happy to be there for your wishes and cook for you according to all rules of Tyrolean cuisine. Visit us for family and company celebrations or celebrate your birthday with your guests in a breathtaking setting. You can sit particularly comfortably in our Zirbenstub'n at the fire in the soapstone oven.

Opening hours:
In the summer months we are open from May 18th to October 8th, 2023, in the winter months from Christmas to after Easter we look forward to your visit from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and in the later evening hours on request. Every Tuesday we are open longer for our night tobogganists and tourers.
After Easter - until May 18th - we enjoy our well-deserved break. We will then welcome you with renewed energy until the first week of October.
